"File System Errors
Any error message that begins with "File System" or "File System Check" indicates that one of your drives contains invalid or inconsistent data. The following error may be reported if your Snap Server® is not configured to fix errors automatically:
Disk is not ready; check disk and fix errors:
The system was shut down improperly, and the data on the drive is in an inconsistent state. Start a disk check operation to recover your data.
If any other file system errors occur, contact Customer Support to help you recover your data. In most cases, you regain access to your disk after you complete the disk check. In some extreme cases, however, you may lose data."
So, yes, it does indeed sound as if it is a drive problem. Unfortunately, there isn't much help here to isolate the error.
