SMTP Virtual Server / Not receiving mail

I just uncheck Anonymous access under access control, and now I am not receiving any mail from the outside. Can someone tell me what other change I have to make in order to make this work. It works fine when checked, but my queue starts showing a number of domains relaying thru my server.
