SMTP problem

I am running win2k server with exchange 2000. Everytime I restart the box, the SMTP service stops. My telexpressinc.com SMTP service is the only one that stops but my default smtp service continues running. I try and start telexpressinc.com service and it gives me this error:

The service could not bind instance 2. The data is the error code. For additional information specific to this message please visit the Microsoft Online Support site located at:

http://www.microsoft.com/contentredirect.asp

I then stop my default smtp and then start the telexpressinc.com smtp and it starts fine. Then I start the default smtp and it starts fine also. What is going on here?

You can't start the service as the standard smtp service is already bound to port 25. You need to either stop this service first or configure to listen on a different port.
