Hi,
I am new to Microsoft Exchange, and lately my users have been unable to send emails to AOL. Either the emails are never delivered, or they are delayed for 12-24 hours and then delivered. Currently they are using Exchange 2000 for internal email/calendar/contacts sharing, and have a web host for their email that supplies them with a pop/smtp email account. In Outlook, they have two email accounts - the one for the local email, and the pop/smtp account.
In Exchange Manager, under the 'Default SMTP Virtual Server', this is the error:
SMTP Outbound - aol.com (SMTP Connector - Remote delivery)
They have been able to send emails to all other domains without a problem. Any help on this issue is appreciated.
Thanks,
Chris
