All,
I've been working with the external company since a few users have complained that some incoming emails that are being sent to them are never coming through.
We are running Exchange 2003 clustered environment.
I added this company to our White List within Antigen to allow all messages. No AV software is installed on those servers.
I check Message Tracking and notice that a test email and stuck at the SMTP: Message submitted to categorizer for our exchange cluster. The individual at the other company helping me perform this test sent a FWD message onto me and this is what never made it through.
Another very interesting thing that was brought to my attention was when an individual sent an email to another individual at this external company, everything was fine. But when the individual replied to our user within our company, the subject line changed!

Is this something on our end or theirs?
Thanks
