SMTP Error on Reply Addresses

Hi All


Strange problem has me stumped. Some user when sending external mail to the Internet end up with their reply address as "username@Domain.Domain.com" - very strange. We have been migrating Users from R5 to R6.5 when this occurs - we pu them back to R5 and they are OK again.
Any Ideas ??
