First you just need to create a new query called "All Systems" In the Edit Query Statement place this SQL script and then click apply see below:
(This is in the show query language box)
select Name, SMSAssignedSites, IPAddresses, IPSubnets, OperatingSystemNameandVersion, ResourceDomainORWorkgroup, LastLogonUserDomain, LastLogonUserName, SMSUniqueIdentifier, ResourceId, ResourceType, NetbiosName from sms_r_system
(you can just cut and paste this if you like) Then you just need to build a new collection called "All Systems" and select this query you created earlier called "All Systems"
