I've got permissions set correctly but I'm still getting the 4913 error. I want to try extending the AD schema but I don't know how to turn AD publishing off.

Please help.

Publishing SMS Data in Active Directory

By default, SMS is installed with the site property enabled to allow publishing. Although publishing is enabled, you must manually grant SMS the appropriate permissions to the Active Directory containers. When SMS has the appropriate permissions, it will publish information about server locator points, management points, and site boundaries required by SMS clients.
If publishing is enabled on the site properties but the SMS account does not have sufficient permissions to publish, hierarchy manager and site component manager will generate error 4913: Systems Management Server cannot create the object in Active Directory. This error persists in the status messages until permissions to publish have been granted or publishing has been disabled.
