Hello Techs and tipsters...

I have a customer who is having difficulty with SMDR6. According to the error light the unit is experiencing "record overflow". The only resolution seems to be cycling to power on the SMDR. The question is: what settings should/can be adjusted to eliminate the problem? Also, what are the preferred settings if any. As usual, Nortel defaults don't seem to be the most correct.

Thanks for reading.
