SMDR Problem

The SMDR just doesn't see a printing device connected. Wait about 5 seconds and you'll see the programming menu.

Should've said that after displaying the 'printer problem' SMDR programming session ends and we are back to date/time.
Tried to hook up a serial port on my PC to it, but not sure if all is OK there. F9*2 should work without printer attached.
