SMDR output not complete

I have hooked up an SMDR output to a printer. SL-1 output is selected, The system has PRI. The inbound calls do not record/print the inbound ID, (a second line of print, the way I understand it), but the phones do display the names coming in. ANY IDEAS ?

sometimes add-ons like smdr get hung up,in maintenance disable and re-enable the port that the smdr device is on in the Norstar and it wouldn't hurt trying the other format(other than sl-1)

Which release of SMDR have you got? Early SMDRs will not accept CLID. SMDR 6 & 7 do, not clear on 5.
