Someone within our company recently heard about Smart Messaging from Expanets as a CTI solution. I’m currently researching it on the web, but I was curious if anyone out there has implemented this already. If so, is it worth the money? Does it really provide a CTI solution, or is it just good for voice mail and limited CTI options? Any comments or help would be greatly appreciated.

I wonder if they were refering to UM (Unified Messaging)? The Avaya site has several good descriptions of the product.

The actual quotes says "Smart Messaging. I've found a press release relating to it: " The quote has the following product codes:
Starter Pack (Voicemail, Smart View, Smart Console) ZN201000

CentreVu CT Software - 114156

I just don't want to purchase something that has limited CTI application potential and then realize we need to reinvest in a year or two.
