Smart Array 3200 Speed

Hi!
We have a Server here with Compaq Smart Array 3200.
For the past month or more, users report that the server is slow in accessing files...
May I know what is the largest HDD capacity size it can contain on each Firmware version...

Not sure on your question, but check your protocols. Do you have any IPX running on this server? I've only had good experiences with this array controller.
