I had a user get infected with the trojan.startpage virus earlier this week. I was able to get the virus removed, but now the user is unable to access the companyweb website. I've checked settings and everything looks like it did before the virus. Any ideas??

I would re-run the Connect Email and Internet Connection Wizard in the Server Management App under Internet and Email. Make sure to select enable companyweb.

If that doesn't get it, Microsoft has a KB on uninstalling/reinstalling companyweb.

Everyone else can get to the website except for this one user that got infected. I could reinstall the client, but I was just wondering if there was a quicker fix on the client side.

Ahhh, so the problem is on the client side and not at the server....the info I gave is all server related SBS stuff.

Is the Firewall Client in use?

If you haven't tried it, perhaps unjoining and rejoining the client to the domain.

Since companyweb is also usually secured, the certificate on the client might have gotten borked, or the IE site settings might be off a bit.

Basically SWAGS here...

Had a similiar problem. Had to run Adaware the spyware cleanup program to cure the problem.
