slow start of premiere 6.5 on win xp

I've installd premiere 6.5 on win xp pro and found out that it takes premiere a long time (20 min !) to load all the plugins .
I use to run premiere 6.5 on win 2000 pro without any problems.
I have a P-3 1000 on Asus MB, 512 Mb ram ,30 GB HD .
Please Help

I don't know, why you have this problem I just wanted to say that i'm working on a Pentium 3, 800 MHz, premiere 6.5 and winXP and it's working just fine, it takes me a little longer than 6.0 but maybe 3 min to start up.
