couple days ago, Exchange server 2K start to acting funny,
our company use outlook 2000, and when user open their
email it takes long time to open, and from home it takes
long time to download our email from exchange server.

I don't have no ideas where to start first, and
Could someone help me out to solve this problem???????

NO error, no critical message either..
Ping to server is ok.

one windows 2000 server with Exchange 2000 server installed.

Is users mail box size matter?? if it does why not only him? all users having problems...

Please help me out...

Let me ask you a question, what have you changed in your network lately, NIC's, Routing, HUBS, Switches, DNS changes etc... let start thier.

I found out that it was NIC problem, and has been fix.

Quick question, how did you narrow it down to a NIC problem? Our Exchange server has been acting up too & I've tried everything.

Well, I tried everything, except hardware part.
So I deleted from device manager and put a new nick, reinstall driver. And it works.
try to reinstall the driver first.
