The primary server is a dual processor 2.4GB, 2GB RAM Raid 5 Dell server. Users complain about slow server response. I've monitored network utilization, (averages under 15%), Processor utilization (almost at 100% free, rarely drops below 85% free). If I reboot the server, it's fine for a couple of days, then drags again. I've scanned for viruses, spyware, adware, trojans, worms, etc. and found nothing. What else can I monitor or check for to find a problem? It seems to be a Windows problem, but I'm not sure what to look for.
