Slow Outlook 2000 1

Most of our users use OL2000 via Citrix MetaFrame XPe. We run Exchange 2000 on win2k server sp3.

It seems that OL2000 is running slow, and I wondering if that is just the way OL2000 works inside Citrix, or is our Exchange server getting bogged down? (CPU and mem usage on the Exchange box is not maxed out, although CPU usage spikes every now and then). Virtual memory is 600MB on a D drive with about 3GB of space left.

Users who don't use Citrix also said that their OL2000 seems slower.

Slow Outlook has been repaired at ours by deleting a file called outcmd.dat, placed in userprofile\application data\microsoft\outlook. But we don't use citrix...
