SLOW maneuvering around in Active Directory

I have a long lag time (up to a minute) when opening Active Directory Users and Computers. When getting to the properties of a specific user I have the same problem. Makes it very slow to get anything done in there.

I have two servers running AD, is this maybe just some type of replication issue between the two servers?

Any suggestions on what I can do to speed this up would be much appreciated.

Try using network monitor to see if your network is bogged down by something (A lot of broadcasting etc....)
