slow internet connect using ISA Server 2004

I have just installed ISA server 2004 on windows 2003 server. I previously used proxy server. Now all the internet connections are very slow, much slower that when I used the proxy. I am operating on a partial T1 line.

Any ideas what the prob might be.

Check the performace monitor of the isa server, and then check th cahing settings , and the order of the acces rules.
