Slow delivery to Inbox

I am having a problem where some emails that are sent to me (not all) are not delivered into my inbox anywhere from 30 minutes to an hours after my Exchange server receives them. I can't figure out why this is the case. Any suggestions as to what settings I may be missing?

Try checking the queues on esm and look for anything odd...
