Thanks, I'm a little slow at PP. Could you tell me what an action button is? I got the hyperlink to work but you have to "click" on a graphic or some text to make it go to the other PP. Plus it doesnt' go back to where you left off. I am trying to "insert" a portrait page in a sea of Landscape pages.
Sorry for delay but really busy yesterday. Ok, I'll give it to you as best I can:
You should have already created two powerpoints, one in landscape mode and one in portrait mode
Lets call them pp_land and pp_port
Firstly, in your main presentation (assuming its ppland) you need to click on the Autoshapes command button (Image shown below) then choose action buttons > then pick which ever shape you want (You can either use a blank one and add a text box to it or just use one with an arrow on it)
Action Button:
Once you select that option another box will pop up and ask you where you want to link that button to (Image shows how to scroll down and choose another powerpoint). What I would suggest here my friend, is to keep both your powerpoints presentations in the same folder to make it easier.
When you have linked to that powerpoint, simply open up your second powerpoint (pp_port) and do exactly the same thing to that one but the time link back to your first pp_land
Hope that makes sense and when you've done it once, its easy next time!
Good luck and let us know how you get on
Lee
PS: When you get confident with it, you can also change the appearance of your action buttons by holding your mouse pointer over it, then right click and select format action button (Try it!)
