Just did a SV9100 to 3CX and I would suggest that it depends on how integrated you want them to be. In OZ we have sip modification scripts that change the way the sip is set up in commands that you can't alter in any normal way and I don't know if you have those in the US. I will check the command number tomorrow at work. Basically we used an ad hoc sip trunk that doesn't register (no password or username) and you may have to play around with the carrier type setting.
