SL2100 Department Groups Ring ST500 Exts not digital Exts

11-07 Created Dept. group pilot x100 group 1
16-01-02 = Priority
16-01-05 = Automatic
16-02 ST500 and Digital Exts in group 1

When pilot number dialed all my ST500 Exts ring and only digital phone x111 rings.

Digital phones x101 thru x110 do not ring. Would like all phones to ring at the same time.

Any help would be appreciated.

You are missing a button on the phones for the ring group.. i think.. its been a while since i last worked on these systems...

You can have no features activated for dept groups to work. IE no call forwarding etc.

Dont you also have to tell it which ext's will ring.. like its in the group but ring is disabled making only flash on incomming call?
