SL-1 Programming fault: ERR547

I am working on a fault that i am getting on a Group Call List on our switch. We use the call list for our emergency numbers on base.(I.E. 911) One of the legs for our group call lists is giving an error code of: ERR547 that means: Invalid DN or disallowed Tenant DN for group (G) call for customer c. The action it is giving me is: Check data for group and correct via service change.

I really am not sure of exactly what it is that this is asking of me, I am still trying to get the hang of the M-1 and of those I have contacted nobody has gotten an answer for me yet. If anybody has an idea of what i might need to do please let me know.

can you call that number from the phone attempting the group call? the error is a number that you can't dial, either it's a number not in your switch or a number that has call block of some kind, if you have tenant service turned on or more then 1 cust in your switch, that is one problem.. prt your group call list and make sure you can dial each number, sounds like a type-o..
