I have a bespoke web-based CRM system which we use in our organisation. With the advent of Skype, our sales guys are using Skpye more and more to contact customers. I am planning on updating our CRM system to include contacts Skype usernames. Is it possible to make this a link so that the user will be able to click on the Skype name to automatically launch a skype call to that customer.
