Skipping FCT

Hi all,
We use FCT for calls from Definity to GSM. We use 3 ports
in FCT. If those 3 ports are busy, the 4th person cannot
dial GSM number. I want to make special staff (eg. CEO)
able to dial GSM numbers when all FCT ports are in use.
In the case all the FCT ports are busy, I want to skip
FCT and dial directly the GSM number, but only for
these special staff.
Any idea for this ?

Not sure what kind of trunks your using, but if you give the CEO his/her own COR Class of Restriction and give s/he a higher FLR number. Then set up the trunk on your GSM line for the higher FRL number. Wisdom is Knowledge

What is FCT??? I think u need more spare trunk to use for your CEO
