Dear arcmasa,
The best way of exporting Memos (which are just RTF files really) is to Go to:
Memos|File|Export
and choose the method (which includes the clipboard)
and you can choose between:
1. Just the current Memo,
2. All the Memos in a folder,
3. Just the marked or selected ones,
4. Include the Subject or not
5. All the Folders
6. As Text (*.txt) Files
7. As Rtf Files
8. As a Clipboard object to paste into any other application that will accept rtf format
2. and 5. Combines all the individual memos into One BIG Document.
