Sizing individual desktop icons/shortcuts

Hi,

Anyone got any ideas on how to size an indiviual desktop icon/shortcut? What I'm looking to do is for a specific Iicon make it say 5 times larger than the others on the desktop.

the desktop icons are organized on the screen in a grid. I am about 99% sure that they all have to be the same size. If you find out differently, please let me know.
