I am not sure what the technical names are to identify the two parts of the Help Screen. One side has the tabs for Content, Answer Wizard and Index. That side is regular and looks good. The right side which contains the help data is so small I can hardly read it and there are no scroll bars. How do I get the font larger with scroll bars?

I have been through every setting on the monitor I can find and nothing has changed it.

PS The same thing happens when I do a search in Microsoft Knowledgebase. The Results List is so small it can hardly be read, but the items on the top and sides are fine.

Just Left click on the line that divides the two (hold the button down) until you get the small double arrow..........then drag left or right so the right hand side is the size you want.

I am sorry, I did not make that very clear. The size of the side is fine. It is just very small print. Two people in our office are having the same problem. It has to be a setting somewhere.

Does this happen in ALL help screens....Internet Explorer...Word....Outlook etc etc...or just one in particular?...........what version Office?

Have you tried holding down CTRL and then with the cursor over that pane, scrolling the mousewheel to zoom in/out

Regards
Ken.........
