Customer is using an analog Polycom, six party is allowed on system features, but, can't get more than three. Is it a COS, or is it not possible with an analog phone?

Thanks

Not possible with an analog phone. You can however make a 6 way conference on a digital set, then transfer that conference to the analog phone.

That makes sense, but, I would think that.....

you would have to keep it as a conference (not transfer), and, make the analog Polycom the last one,

or....

do a "round robin" conference where each person (or a couple, at least) adds others on, to add up to six.

Is this logical?

You can do it anyway you want as long as the polycom does not initiate the conference. The only way to have the Polycom conferenced with 5 "EXTERNAL" people would be to conference using a digital set and then transfer the conference. If you left the digital set on the call, that would count as 1 of the 6 parties essentially reducing your conference by 1 (digital + polycom + 4 others vs polcom + 5 others).
