site event buffer port 1 is locked out

Is the SEB itself locked out, or the TTY port feeding the SEB? If the TTY port - disable and enable in LD 37.

seb port 1 disabled checked ld 37 everything is inabled. port one is only port configed on seb.

Hove you re-powered the SEB? Who supports the SEB? Have you called them? Have they responded? Do you have keys to the car? Leave town now...
