SIP Trunks/Call Routing Question 1

IPO Version 9
SIP Trunk to service provider
SIP Trunk to another phone system

I have calls completing between the two systems with no issues.

I would like for all calls to the outside world to route thru the IPO SIP trunk to service provider.

So, what the IPO sees is a call coming in on one SIP trunk from the second phone system, and I want that call to go out on the SIP trunk to the provider.

Is this possible to do with wildcards/shortcodes? Obviously I can't do shortcodes for every number that may be dialed. Just looking for an easier way.

It's easy, add a *** URI to the "system to system" trunk so it matches to ICR, create an ICR for that line group with incoming number blank and . as destination, this makes the system dial whatever is received on that trunk using system shortcodes

Please I am trying to forward calls from an Avaya extension 3112 with DID 015010112 to a mobile phone 07088605214 when not picked or busy. but the call goes to voice mail after several rings and drop. So I called from another mobile to the DID- 015010112 to go to 07088605214 with prefix 8. Kindly look at the logs below from system monitor and help explain what's wrong and possible solution.
