Hi All
I have a SIP Trunk connection between Cisco CUCM and IP Ofice 9.0. The SIP trunk connection have been established and we can make and received Extensions calls no problem. The issue having is when users on the IP office trying to make 7 digits local call to the SIP trunks the call will fail due to IP office will always send the extn @ XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX to cisco.
In order for Cisco to process the call and route it to the CO it need to have a 7 digits rather than the 4 digits.
Example:
Extn @ 172.16.1.20 for extension calls
555-XXX@ 172.16.1.20 for external calls
I mage some changes to the user SIP tab, I added the 7 digits in the Contact and display name. I was able to make the 7 digits local calling however, no user on the CISCO side were able to call that user.
I need to be able to send a 7 digits when making local calls and the extn number making exten to ecten calling
