NOTE: To set/spoof Caller ID, in my experience you must set an outgoing group to present a #! If you wanted your Caller ID to be 666-666-6666 you will need to add that and assign it an outgoing group. Then you must use that group in your ARS.

Just to add that in the example above, the # you'd be sending out on your CID whilst dialing out would be

818 555 1212, Line group 4, which is used in ARS 55 above.
