Hello Everyone,
So I am in the process of setting up my first SIP Trunk on an IPO 500v2
Here is what i have done so far:

• First I created an IP Route: I left IP Address 0.0.0.0, IP Mask 255.255.255.255, Gateway=My Gateway, Destination LAN 2 (connected to WAN on the IPO)
• I then loaded in the SIP Trunk Channel Licenses.
• SIP Trunks enable both checked on LAN1/LAN2
• I then created a new SIP Line (Line number 17)
• ITSP Domain Name: sip.east.sipregistration.com
Under SIP Line, "In Service" & "Check OSS" are checked
• Under Transport Tab: ITSP Proxy Address: sip.east.sipregistration.com
• Under Transport Tab: Explicit DNS Servers: I just entered the two that come up on an ipcongig /all
• Under SIP Credentials: I input the SIP Username provided by CoreDial under: User Name, Authentication Name and Contact. Also entered in the provided password
• Under URI: Via: None. Local URI, Contact and Display Name are "Use Credentials User Name". Registration: Selected the SIP Username that was configured under "SIP Credentials"
• Under URI: Incoming and Outgoing Group, changed to 17 (Same Line Number as the SIP Line Created)
• Under Short Codes: 9N, Line Group ID: I changed that to: 17

After that, I merge and re-boot. Everything else is default.

After the re-boot, I go into System Status, Trunks, Line:17, Registration and its says "Status:Registered"

When I attempt to make a call, watching in system status it shows under "Destination End Party: Line:17 SIP sip.east.sipregistration.com Group 0 Channel 1"

However I hear no ring, the call just hangs.

Suggestions?

so what was the last hurdle as this will help out the next person

What I ended up doing was, under the URI Tab, I originally had "Use Credentials User Name".
I changed that to "Use Internal Data" - Which gave me the SIP Tab under Users and Groups.
In my example, I had my DID Pointed to 200 main
Under the SIP Tab for the group 200 main, I input that DID as the SIP Name & Contact.
Everything worked fine after that.
