System is MCD rel 7.0 SP1 PR1, MBG rel 8.1

Looking for a working SIP Peer Profile.
Customer is experiencing intermittent call disconnects.
No logs or events in MBG.
MCD is showing zombie logs with reference to the MBG IP address
Customer checked with Cogeco and no issues reported.
 
Can you start a tcpdump on the MBG to watch which end is sending the BYE? Monitor only port 5060

setup tcpdump to monitor port 5060. Now need customer to report back any dropped calls and details.
 
TCPDUMP command syntax for reference:

tcpdump -i PORT -X -s 65535 port 5060 -w FILENAMEOFCAPTURE

-i PORT - ifconfig will tell you which port is which (handy for virtual deployments), or "any" will get everything.

SCP into the box to download FILENAMEOFCAPTURE and view it in wireshark
