Very Thanks Hairlessupportmonkey ,
I am sorry I don't know what is "Incoming number +XXXXXXXXXXX / Destination #(+ is always added to Lync numbers)the # redials over your LG ID or if you want, you can add say 9# and in your system short codes 9N / Dial / N / LGID or ARS "

I received the message from lync is "222@10.253.10.10"
222 is ip office extension .
Is it need modify incoming route , Incoming number +222@10.253.10.10 and destination point to 222 ext 222 ??

Thanks
