sip trunk status

Hi All,

We have a vpn between ip office and Mitel 3300. we are trying to set up a sip trunk. This was working ok last week only to an analogue extension on the Mitel. They where having issues with there ip phones on the Mitel, which we are trying to resolve. Is there a way to tell if the sip trunk is up from IP office?

Look at System Status - it will give a sense, especially if trunk requires registration.

thing is, when i change the ip address of the unit at the far end on manager to try and show failed status. The status on system status does not change?
