Hi Guys.

I have an IPOffice 9.1.7 server edition with multiple sip trunks on it.Evey thing is working fine except for on thing. If we call a did that is point on a analog extension, it ring and the call pass no problem , but when the extension is already in use , instead of getting a busy signal, the telco give response that the ^^number you have dial is not in service^^. I don't even see the call coming in system status.I have this issue with fax and regular analog wireless phone.

Thank you.

Check SysMon trace with SIP filters enabled.

IIRC there is also a setting within the SIP trunk how to answer if a busy user is called.
