SIP Trunk from 3com VCX to Mitel 3300 7.1

Is 3com the same as HP's P{abx , if so then Yep have done one of these , only issue we had was
Some users are still on hp , trunks on hp are ISDN
Calls in on isdn(HP) transited to Mitel via SIP trunks and then delivered via ACD path get no MOH whilst queueing
We have another MiVB with ISDN conncted to Central vMiVB ( that has sip trunks to HP) and calls via ISDN on Mxe delivered to same ACd queue get MOH
- We think its a sip peer issue on the HP Side
