SIP trunk external transfer

Hi,

My SIP trunk works fine for all incoming and outgoing calls until a call is transferred externally.
When this happens there is no speech path. The phone rings but silence both ways.

I thought it might be something to do with payload not being set to 101 but this is set fine.

Any thoughts would be most appreciated!

Have you enabled "keepalives" under System>>LanX>>VoIP?
if yes, check "lan topology" tab.

What devices are there between IPO and SIP provider?

Gateways, Microtic, firewalls?

as icet500 said, i just had this happen with Flowroute. Once I enable Keep-alives on the VoIP tab its worked ever since.
