SIP Trunk call disconnection after 30 seconds 2

I am working with a SIP provider for inbound calls.
I have an issue that calls are getting disconnection after exactly 30 seconds.

IT seems that the IPO is sending some messages during the call and then I get the following:
10:20:09 216074313mS Sip: SIP Line (21) No response to SIP Options Messages - setting trunk out of service

Therefore IPO then sends a BYE message to the remote system and the call is disconnected.

Do you know which parameter can be tweaked to prevent this from happening?

Resolution Found.
Set up the session timers from the system>lan>network topology..."binding refresh time" on the Avaya (by default they are not set)
This sorted the disconnections for good!
