I have a QA IVR platform and we have 4 SIP stations working in SM, just like you would for a line-side T1 configuration, but we cannot figure out how those stations can be monitored in AES for a CTI application. When you status a line-side T1 station it will come back the an in-service/idle in the service state but the SIP station will show disconnected in the service state. It will show in-service/idle only in the Off-PBX service state.
