SIP Routing check

I'm trying to run a sip routing check on a System Manager for various URIs

I'm getting the message the SMGR is unable to connect to (any) sessman. I suspect that there is certificate issue.. but I'm using the Avaya default CA and a slightly tweaked identity cert on the Sessmans (added a couple of SAN)

Any clues

SM - 6.3.14.0.631402
SMGR - System Manager 6.3.8.0 Build Number 6.3.0.8.5682
Patch 6.3.8.5304 Build Number 6.3.14.11.3595

SMGR must be >= SM load. I know SMGR has esoteric version numbers - that don't necessarily line up, but patch that SMGR if it isn't 6.3.14!

I did a swversion from the CLI above

and this is from the about box on the web front end

maybe set the enrollment password and do an initTM -f on the SMs
