My SIP provider is saying that my 9.1 invites are wrong. 90% of the calls go thru. I am being told its because the invite

From: "OURCOMPANY" <sip:163@oursipprovider>;tag=5649f3d1243980f97281

is wrong and that where the 163 is should be the SIP username. I have tried every combination and can't resolve this. Can anyone shed some light on this?

You may be using the user's credentials and don't have the complete number on user's SIP tab

for contact i am using Use Credentials User name and for PAI the same. Display Name I entered so it shouldn't be looking at the SIP tab on the user.

It's getting the 163 from somewhere... I assume that this is the user's extension number. For kicks, I'd change on user's SIP tab and see if the call sets up differently.

Tried it, It does not. If I check anonymous it sends that, but anything else I put in it sends the ext number. Bug? have to check caveats.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong, but in the SIP URI, if you are using Use Credentials username and not Use internal data the system should not be sending anything for the user's sip tap. seems like 9.1 does not respect this.
