SIP Extensions Not Showing in System Status After Reboot

Hi All I was wondering if anyone has experienced this issue after I reboot the system the users are still showing but the SIP extensions are not. Even if i delete the extensions and user names they still dont show in the extension list any thoughts?

They don't until they are actually connected and working :-)
