SIP and SCN and Dial tone

Hi all, we had a working SCN, the client moved premises we switched them to SIP at the main office and some users cant dont get dial tone, any ideas?

Also we upgraded them to the latest 9.1 and we don't have the SCN up anymore, the lan to lan VPNS are up?

Do you have any ideas on the above?
 
if the phones are logging in but theres no dial tone it will be a port issue

A word to the wise ain't necessary - it's the stupid ones that need the advice.
 
Check to make sure in the firewall/routers that SIP and H.323 ALG is disabled.
