We are working with a vendor that has refered to single step conferencing. I am trying to find some sort of description in the feature reference guides but I am having no luck. Can someone send me a description of this? Thanks

Single step conferencing would generally be used by one of the call recording solutions such as Witness or Verint. What it does is allows you to service observe while the call is being recorded. It also requires TSAPI licensing on the server to so this.

Without single step conferencing while call recording you would be unable to service observe a call that is currently being recorded.

Richard
