single lines phones do not ring

have a definity release 8

none of the single line phones are ringing. What do you think is causing the problem is

What type of phones are you using?

Make sure that "restrict last appearance" on the station form is turned to "N".

Probably a defective ring generator. Try running 'test environment'.

Ring generator through the power supply , I had the same
problem and had to replace the power supply
